With the most recent update, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 is easily the most stellar value-for-money proposition compared to the TVS Apache RTR 160 2V and Honda Unicorn. While it is the least-priced motorcycle here, it gets almost all the features of the more expensive Apache RTR 160 2V (except an LED headlamp).  Also, Pulsar gets an advantage with better hardware, courtesy of its widest tyres and largest brakes in this comparison.
