Indians love Retro Motorcycles and the retro-cruisers have a huge fan-following in the country. There are quite a lot of premium retro-cruisers in India and Kawasaki entered this space in 2019. Kawasaki India launched the W800 retro-cruiser in July last year. The 2020 Kawasaki W800 is completely identical to the one launched in July 2019. It borrows design inspiration from the iconic Kawasaki W1 and gets a round LED headlamp with chrome surrounds, a comfy single-piece seat, teardrop fuel tank, spoked wheels, wide handlebar and centre-set footpegs. The motorcycle also gets fork cover gaiters and a twin-pod cluster along with a small MID (multi-information display) for instrumentation. The retro-cruiser is available only in a single colour scheme - Metallic Flat Spark Black/Metallic Matte Graphite Grey.
Triumph Bonneville is a very popular retro motorcycle in its class. The Bonneville is sold in India with two different engine displacements and are known as Bonneville T100 and Bonneville T120.
