The Maestro Edge 125 is Hero MotoCorp's flagship scooter and it has always been a very popular choice among the Indian youths. 2021 Hero Maestro Edge 125 - What's New?
The new Hero Maestro Edge 125 features enhanced aesthetics with an edgy design language along with modern technology. This 125 scooter now gets a first-in-segment projector LED headlamp set-up along with attractive triple-tone graphics on the body panels. The Maestro Edge 125 now even gets an all-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity that offers useful features like turn-by-turn navigation, real-time mileage indication, an ECO indicator, etc. It also gets Hero Connect as a standard fitment that offers features like topple alert, theft alert, track my vehicle, trip analysis, etc.

The new 2021 Hero Maestro Edge 125 doesn't get any mechanical changes and so it is still powered by a BS6 compliant 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This motor churns out 9.1 PS of power at 7000 RPM and 10.4 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a CVT and it gets Hero's XSens fuel-injection technology too. For braking duties, it features a drum brake at the rear while at the front, one can choose between a drum or a disc unit with an Integrated Braking System as an additional safety aid.
2021 Hero Maestro Edge 125 Price and Rivals
The price of the new 2021 Hero Maestro Edge 125 starts at Rs 72,250 for the Drum variant. Its Front Disc variant has been priced at Rs 76,500 while the all-new Connected variant has been priced at Rs 79,750. All the prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. The connected variant of the Maestro Edge 125 gets two new prismatic colours - Prismatic Yellow and Prismatic Purple. It rivals the Honda Activa 125, TVS NTorq 125, etc. What are your thoughts on it?
