So, as you have seen in these above tables, except for the base XE manual variant of the new 2021 Tata Safari, all other variants have got a steep price hike of around Rs. 35,500. The base variant's price has been increased by Rs. 29,500 and now the price of the Tata Safari ranges between Rs. 14.99 lakhs - Rs. 21.81 lakhs. All the prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. The all-new Tata Safari is powered by a BS6 compliant 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. This oil-burner churns out 170 PS of maximum power and a whopping 350 Nm of peak torque.

The diesel motor comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and it gets a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission too.
