Land Cruiser is all set to launch its upcoming SUV, LC300 in the Indian market by early 2023. Ahead of its launch in the country, the official brochure has now been leaked and it reveals all the details about the SUV. The bookings of this upcoming SUV are now open from Rs 10 lakh.
The LC300 will be powered by two engine options - 3.5L petrol and a 3.3L diesel. However, for the Indian markets, Toyota will bring the oil burner only. It pumps out as much as 304 bhp of power with a peak torque of 700 Nm. It gets mated to a 10-speed automatic gearbox as standard.
The Land Cruiser is a capable off-roader too and it gets 32 degrees of approach angle while the departure angle sticks to 26.5 degrees for some of the variants. It continues with a 4x4 configuration like before but the newer model is equipped with a Multi-Terrain Select system that gets multiple modes including Deep Snow too.

Feature-wise, it gets a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, heated and ventilated seats, 14-speaker JBL audio system, a digital instrument cluster, wireless charging and other modern things.
On the safety front, the new Toyota Land Cruiser scored 5-star in the ANCAP (Australian New Car Assessment Program). The Australian-spec Land Cruiser was equipped with autonomous emergency braking, front and side airbags and an advanced speed assistance system. It scored 88% in child safety and 89% in adult safety.
Toyota will offer the upcoming Land Cruiser in three colour options in India and those are -
Attitude Black
Super White
Previous White Pearl
Dark Red Mica Metallic
Dark Blue Mica
The Japanese carmaker will also offer three interior colours also with the Land Cruiser and those are -
Beige
Black
Black and Dark Red
As of now, there is no update on the prices of the 2023 Land Cruiser LC300 but we do expect the prices to be north of Rs 2 crore, ex-showroom, Delhi. It will be offered with a standard warranty of 3 years or 1 lakh km, whichever is at the earliest. The deliveries are expected to start from next year only.
