Citroen India has released a host of new updates for its entry-level hatchback, the C3. Citroen C3 comes with a starting price of Rs 6.16 lakh (ex-showroom). The brand has now added a lot of new features in the C3 hatchback and introduced a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission in the turbo-petrol variants. 2024 Citroen C3 Hatchback Pricing
The 2024 Citroen C3 is priced at Rs 6.16 lakh to Rs 9.42 lakh (ex-showroom). See the variant wise pricing below,

Citroen has not announced the pricing of the automatic variants yet. With the addition of new feature in the lineup, the price of few variants has been increased by Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000.
2024 Citroen C3 - Feature Updates
With the 2024 update, the brand has added new convenience and safety features to the vehicle. It now comes with new LED projector headlamp, the turn indicators are now moved from the fender to the ORVM and now comes with LED setup, and it now gets rear wiper and washer.
On the interior, it now gets automatic climate control, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, 7-inch fully digital instrument cluster, power windows on the rear door instead of the centre console. The safety net has been increased with the addition of 6 airbags. Other cabin features of the hatchback includes, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, among other features.
Citroen C3 Hatchback Engine Options
The Citroen C3 Hatchback comes with a 1.2-litre Puretech 82 naturally aspirated petrol engine. It produces 82 PS of power and 114 Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
The other engine option is the 1.2-litre Puretech 110 turbo-petrol engine producing 110 PS of power and 190 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual and a new 6-speed AT gearbox.
Verdict
The Citroen C3 Hatchback has received much needed improvements in terms of features, transmission, and safety. With these features the C3 will compete better with the Tata Punch and Hyundai Exter. However, the pricing of the automatic transmission versions is expected to be bit high compared to the rivals but it is the only vehicle in the segment with a turbo petrol engine.
