The redesigned Honda CBR650R embraces a sharper aesthetic, drawing inspiration from the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, injecting a fresh appeal while retaining elements of its predecessor's charm. Notably, the introduction of the optional Honda E-Clutch system offers riders the convenience of automatic clutch engagement, albeit with a marginal weight increase of 2kg. Alongside this innovation, the CBR650R boasts advanced features such as Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), dual-channel ABS, full-LED lighting, and a user-friendly five-inch TFT screen with connectivity options.

The 'Racing' kit enhances performance with a quick shifter, a color-matched pillion seat, and an extended smoked screen. Additionally, it includes aesthetic additions like a carbon-look tank pad, an oil-level gauge, and tank grips. On the other hand, the 'Comfort' pack focuses on rider convenience, featuring heated grips, a three-liter tank bag, and a spacious 15-liter pillion seat bag.
Engine Details
The 2024 Honda CBR650R retains its potency with a 94bhp inline-four cylinder engine delivering 62.3Nm of torque. Boasting 41mm Showa Separate Fork Function-Big Piston front forks and a 10-step adjustable rear shock, the bike ensures a balanced blend of responsive handling and rider comfort. Braking is handled by dual 310mm front discs and a single 240mm rear disc, providing precise control and reliable stopping power.
While the CBR650R is poised to enter international markets shortly, its anticipated launch in India is expected to take place early next year.
