KTM 250 Duke New Colour - Details
Mimicking the elder KTM 390 Duke, the 250 is now available with a shade of Blue and Black combination. The blue paint shade is used on the headlight cowl, fuel tank extensions, front mudguard, and side panels. While the rest of the panels are painted in black contrast. This colour looks more appealing and overall subtle. The 250 Duke is also sold in a Ceramic White and Electronic Orange colour combo; which looks a bit too much.
Apart from this, the rest of the bike is unchanged. There are no updates to its features list, which is already hefty. It gets LED lights, a TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity, SMS/call alerts, alloy wheels, dual-channel ABS, USD forks, and more. Powering the 250 Duke is a reliable and potent 249.07cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This powerplant makes a peak output of 30.57 bhp and a peak torque of 25Nm.
KTM has unchanged the pricing of the new 250 Duke. It starts at Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom) across India. Its primary rivals are the Suzuki Gixxer and the Husqvarna Svartpilen 250.

Verdict
The new Black and Blue shade on the 250 Duke looks amazing. However, its pricey tag is the primary reason behind its medicore sales. By expanding the budget by a little margin, the customers can buy the 390 Duke which is almost double in performance, features, and the overall experience. Tell us in the comments, will you choose to buy the new 250 Duke or not?
