MG India has introduced an updated version of its entry-level SUV, the MG Astor, in India. The refreshed 2024 Astor is now available starting at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 9.98 lakh. 2024 MG Astor Launched: Brimmed Up Tech List
The 2024 MG Astor comes equipped with a range of features, including ventilated front seats, a wireless charger, wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, auto-dimming IRVM,an enhanced i-Smart 2.0 with an advanced user interface and a digital key function with an anti-theft feature.

The i-Smart 2.0 boasts over 80 connected features, highlighting functionalities such as Jio voice recognition for advanced voice commands related to weather, cricket updates, calculator, clock, date/day information, horoscope, dictionary, news, and knowledge. The advanced user interface includes widget customization on the home screen with multiple pages and a unique birthday wish feature on the head unit, allowing date customization through the i-Smart mobile app.

Powertrain: Mechanics Untouched
The 2024 MG Astor offers two engine options. The first is a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, generating 108 BHP and 144 Nm of torque. This engine is available with a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT. The second option is a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine, producing 138 BHP and 220 Nm of torque, and it comes paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
