Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Ltd (HMSI) has launched the 2025 Honda Unicorn at Rs 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Unicorn comes with an updated OBD2B-compliant engine, LED headlamp, and a new instrument cluster among other features. The new Unicorn 160 is available in a single variant. 2025 Honda Unicorn
The 2025 Honda Unicorn has become more feature-rich as compared to the previous model. The brand has added a new LED headlamp unit with chrome embellishment in the motorcycle to enhance its features and front fascia. Moreover, it now comes with a digital LCD instrument cluster that shows gear indicators, mileage, and service due indicators among other details. To enhance the convenience for the rider, the brand has also added a new Type C charging port. Apart from these new additions most of the features and design of the motorcycles remain similar as the previous model.
If we talk about the colour options the Unicorn continues to come in three colour options: Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, and Radiant Red Metallic. Moreover, the hardware setup includes telescopic front forks, hydraulic monoshosck absorber at the rear, a 240 mm front disc brake and a 130 mm rear drum brake, 18-inch front and rear wheel with tubeless tyres.
The engine is now updated with OBD2B compliance. It gets a 162.71 cc engine producing 13 bhp of power and 14.58 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Verdict
Honda Unicorn is one of the oldest name in the 160cc market. The brand has added more features in the Unicorn to make it more appealing and more modern. The OBD2B engine will offer better refinement and better user experience to the customers. The Honda Unicorn 160 competes with the Bajaj Pulsar 150, Yamaha FZ and other 150-160cc motorcycles in India.
