2025 Hyundai Ioniq Facelift Spied Testing

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 facelift has been spied testing in India recently. The camouflaged test mule suggests various exterior updates while the overall silhouette remains the same. The exterior suggests the same bold, boxy and futuristic look. It might get redesigned bumpers along with a V-shaped garnish. It could boast a bit tweaked LED headlamps setup, while on the sides, one can easily notice redesigned five-spoke alloy wheels. Moreover, areas like the grille, tailgate, and lower front fascia are heavily covered, suggesting these are key zones Hyundai has reworked for the facelift.
What You Need To Know?

The Ioniq 5 facelift might get a larger 84 kWh battery pack, slightly up from the previous 77.4 kWh. This could mean you'll get a longer range. However, the current model offers 631km within a single charge. When paired with the motor, it produces 228 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque. This new facelift might boast a host of new features, including Hands-On Detection steering wheel, second-gen Lane Keeping Assist, and Remote Smart Parking Assist 2.
The Ioniq 5 facelift will also get interior updates such as a new three-spoke steering wheel, updated centre console with physical buttons, a new placement for the climate control and infotainment screen, OTA updates, new UI, among other changes. Moreover, the safety upgrades might include eight airbags, Intelligent Front Lighting System (IFS), and a second-generation built-in dash cam. While the official launch date is under wraps, reports suggest it could arrive later this year.
