MG Motor has revealed the 2025 MG ZS SUV on the global stage, with its Indian launch anticipated for next year as the 2025 MG Astor. 2025 MG ZS: A Closer Look at the Exterior Cues
In India, the MG ZS comes in two versions: the MG ZS EV and the MG Astor, which is the ICE model. The 2025 MG ZS, recently revealed globally, features a refreshed design with sharper headlamps and connected LED DRLs in between. The front showcases a new grille, updated air vents, a cam shell bumper, and a sleeker roofline. The rear profile also appears sharper with redesigned taillights.
While it retains the same alloy wheel design as the outgoing model, the MG logo has been repositioned to the bumper at the front, with the rear logo now sitting higher.
2025 MG ZS features
The 2025 MG ZS features a redesigned dashboard layout in the interior. It includes a larger infotainment system, a digital driver display, a wireless charger, a panoramic sunroof, and fully automatic climate control. It comes with six airbags, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, ABS, EBP with auto hold, and additional features. The vehicle will also include Level 2 ADAS capabilities.

2025 MG ZS engine details
Under the hood, the 2025 MG Astor will be powered by a 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine. It is also expected to offer a hybrid powertrain that combines a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor.
