Aprilia Tuono 457 Spy Shots Emerge Ahead Of Launch
The Aprilia Tuono 457 has been spotted testing in India for the first time, hinting at its imminent arrival in the market. This sighting marks the first time we've seen the bike in person since its unveiling at EICMA 2024, although international sightings have emerged from time to time. The Tuono 457 is set to become Aprilia's most affordable offering in India, slotting in below the RS 457. With the official launch date confirmed for February 17th, 2025, the bikemaker is testing out the motorcycle for the final phases before it reaches Indian showrooms.
The Aprilia Tuono 457, while drawing inspiration from its larger siblings, carves its own distinct path with a muscular and aggressive naked design. This departure from the sportier RS 457 is immediately noticeable. While photos offer a glimpse of its aesthetic appeal, a real-world encounter is necessary to fully appreciate its presence and design language. The twin headlamps, accentuated by winglet-inspired details, smoothly transition into a robust fuel tank and sculpted shrouds, culminating in a visually striking and muscular profile.

Engine Specifications
The bike will be equipped with the same 457cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine found in the Aprilia RS 457, delivering 47.6PS and 43.5Nm of torque. It features an inverted fork at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear, with 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends.
When launched, it will be placed somewhere around Rs 4 lakhs mark and will rival the likes of KTM 390 Duke, and other bikes in the similar cc segment.
