Halo Helmet: The Helmet Goes Smart With A Lot More Happening Inside
Ever since Ather announced the helmet, a lot of speculations were doing rounds. Courtesy of its hype, enthusiasts were looking forward to today when it is finally pulled out of the curtains alongside the Ather Rizta. Talking of its salient features, it comes with soft snug interior pads for comfort. Moreover, it comes with dedicated space for specs, which is a very thoughtful touch. The shell has integrated vents for the circulation of air along with a clear visor.
On the safety front, the helmet comes certified with DOT and ISI ratings. It gets 2 integrated speakers by Harmon Kardon for high-quality audio experience. The inbuilt mic is designed to isolate the noise including outside road noises like honking and others. Interstingly, all the controls can be operated through the handlebars like track change, accepting or rejecting calls, and more. Both the rider and pillion can connect the helmets for clear conversations and listening to music.
Connectivity And Battery Life
Ather Halo Helmet comes with smart sensors integrated inside that detect your face when you put on the helmet. Pairing it once, you do not need to take out your phone every time to connect the helmet. In terms of battery life, on a single charge, the battery is claimed to last for almost an entire week, as per the brand. Turning it up a notch, the helmet supports wireless charging. On top of this, you can integrate a wireless charger under your seat and it will automatically start charging after you place it inside the boot when parked.
