Audi India is now working on revamping its operations with new product launches and better customer experience. We have seen back to back launches from the German marque and the Q2 Crossover is expected to get launched soon too. To improve the customer service experience, Audi has come up with a new service station in Delhi west. The new service station will the 4th service station in Delhi and also sport scheduled services.
The new service station of Audi India is located at Plot 9A, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. With the spread area of 43,000 sq.ft, the workshop has 20 bays and an exclusive body shop facility. The Delhi West service station has a daily capacity of 40 cars in one shift. The technicians are well experienced and have been trained to match Audi standards.

Audi India has also taken care of contact-less operations and tried to minimise the physical interaction. You can schedule your car service online and can also opt for safe pick-up and drop facility. The technician will pick up your car from your home, get the car serviced and drop at your doorstep. To avoid any physical contact, the customer can also opt for online payment of the service invoice.

In case there is a need to go to the service station, Audi promises to sanitize the service station thoroughly twice a day. The sanitization process includes the sanitization of all the touchpoints and tools. The cars which are ready for delivery are sanitized and marked with soft stickers and the documentation process is also contactless. To book your car's service, you can either go to Audi India's website or use "myAudi Connect" mobile app for the same.
