Not long ago, Bajaj launched the world's first-ever CNG motorcycle in India. The Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG bike is currently available only in Maharashtra and Gujarat markets. However, Bajaj plans to expand the sales of the Freedom 125 on the upcoming August 15. The Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG bike will now be sold in 77 different towns from the upcoming Independence Day. Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG Bike Sales Expansion
Bajaj Auto Ltd has revealed that it will be expanding the sales of its Freedom 125 bike in 77 different towns and cities soon. This sales expansion will be executed on the upcoming Independence Day of India i.e. August 15. However, the bike manufacturer has not revealed which cities and towns will be included in this list. We assume that on August 15, Bajaj will release a detailed list of sales and availability of this motorcycle. Currently, the Freedom 125 is only sold in the Gujarat and Maharashtra markets.
Speaking the Freedom 125, is a unique commuter bike that is powered by a hybrid fuel system of petrol and CNG altogether. A 2 kg CNG fuel tank is placed underneath the long seat, while a 2-litre petrol tank is fixed at the conventional position of a fuel tank. The 125cc air-cooled engine produces a peak power of 9.4 bhp and 9.7 Nm of peak torque. This engine power is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Bajaj offers the Freedom in three variants which are priced in between Rs 95,000 to Rs 1.10 lakh ex-showroom.

Verdict
The Freedom 125 has turned out to be a successful product for Bajaj. It is a multi-purpose bike that has been designed for commuters looking for economical options. Bajaj also claims that inspite of EVs, the CNG hybrid option in two-wheelers could be a big gamechager.
