The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 motorcycle has been updated with a new paint and alloy wheels colour. Read all the details below.
Bajaj Pulsar NS160 has been one of the best-selling motorcycles for the Indian two-wheeler brand. The uber favorite motorcycle of India has now been updated with a new Pearl White metallic colour shade with contrasting matt-black alloys and overall black treatment. With the new update, Pulsar NS 160 has become even more appealing to potential customers.
Bajaj has recently updated their adventure tourer motorcycle the F250 with a new blue shade as well. The new update for the NS160 has made the entry-level sports motorcycle more user appealing. The previous version of the NS160 used to come with white alloy wheels which was reported to be not-so-appealing via customer feedback. Working on the feedback and to engage more younger and wide audience, the new pearl white shade endorses new graphics as well as blacked-out alloy wheels.

This contrast goes fluently with the black-out engine casing and exhaust unit. This cosmetic update seems to be interesting and Bajaj expects the new colour to sell well in the Indian market of two-wheelers.
Talking of the specifications and engine, Pulsar NS160 features a tried and tested 160cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which produces a peak power of 17.2 hp and a peak torque of 14.6 Nm. This engine is mated via a 5-speed constant-mesh gearbox transmission. Braking duties are done via use of disc brakes at front as well as rear tyre embracing a single-channel ABS as well for riders safety.
While the current Pulsar NS160 is striking in design it still misses out some features such as all-LED headlights, slipper clutch, etc. which are offered by the rivals such as the TVS Apache RTR 160 V4.
The new motorcycle has already reached the dealerships and shall be priced similar to the other variants of the NS160 i.e. a price tag of Rs 1.19 Lakhs (ex-showroom). Pulsar NS160 rivals the likes of TVS Apache RTR 160 V4, Hero Xtreme, and the Suzuki Gixxer.
