The 250cc duo by Bajaj, Pulsar N250 and F250, are some of the most popular bikes in their segment. These powerful bikes are offered with essentially the same powertrains and carry almost similar specifications, but both differ just in their designs. The F250 is a half-faired version that looks more sporty, and the N250 is the naked version of the same. The automaker has increased the prices of its two-wheeler offerings several times in the period of the last twelve months and has hiked Bajaj Pulsar N250 and F250 prices again!
To keep up with the high manufacturing costs involved, manufacturers tend to increase the ex-showroom price, and Bajaj Auto is no different. Bajaj Auto announced a marginal price hike of 9915 for the Bajaj Pulsar F250 and 91180 for the Bajaj Pulsar N250. Both these increments are in the ex-showroom prices of these bikes. Along with these, Bajaj Auto hiked the cost of the Bajaj Pulsar F220 by 9660.
Along with the IC engine powertrains, Bajaj has also decided to step up the production of its electric two-wheelers. Bajaj Auto has planned to invest 9300 crores in setting up a new electric vehicle manufacturing plant near Pune, which is also the womb of its iconic Chetak Scooter. This electric vehicle manufacturing plant will have a massive production capacity of around five lakh electric vehicles per annum. This investment would help Bajaj to build a significant share in electric mobility on the Indian roads in the two-wheeler segment, which has picked up quite well.
