Bajaj planning on launching a slew of new two-wheelers for the Indian market. Now, Pulsar's Instagram account has hinted at a new motorcycle, which is thought to be a new colour variant of the Pulsar 250. A shadow of a motorcycle with the caption 'Dawn of the Eclipse' can be seen in the photo. If Bajaj plans to offer the Pulsar 250 in black, it will complete the Pulsar portfolio with black colours in each segment. The Pulsar 250 series was the only Pulsar model lacking a black colour until now.

The F250 and N250 are two variants in the Bajaj Pulsar 250 series. The F250 is a sporty half-faired motorcycle, while the N250 is a naked-sports motorcycle. The 250 twins are now available in three colours: Blazing Red, Caribbean Blue, and Techno Grey.
The Pulsar 250 twins are powered by a 249cc engine that churns out 24.1 bhp of power and 21.5 Nm of peak torque. The motor is coupled to a 5-speed constant mesh transmission. For added safety, the motorcycles incorporate single-channel ABS as well as 300 mm disc brakes up front and 240 mm disc brakes in the back.
Bajaj Auto increased the price of the Pulsar N250 and F250 motorcycles, bringing the N250 to Rs 1.43 lakh (ex-showroom) and the F250 to Rs 1.44 lakh (ex-showroom). There are no physical or mechanical changes as a result of the price increase.

In other Bajaj Auto news, the N160, a scaled-down version of the N250, may be released soon. The forthcoming N160's engine is likely to be the same 160.3cc engine that drives the NS160. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission and produces 16.9 bhp of power and 14.6 Nm of peak torque. Front and rear disc brakes, as well as single-channel ABS, are thought to be on the bike. It will most likely have the same suspension setup as its older brother, the N250, with telescopic front forks and mono shock rear suspension.
