If you're a 90'kid (Well, not so kid anymore!), then Bajaj Sunny will ring a bell. A household name back then along with Bajaj Chetak, this used to be a popular choice among Indian families. Since the gradual phasing out of scooters and then their re-incarnation in present times has carved out a renewed interest for them, the Iconic Bajaj Sunny is looking to make a comeback.

The upcoming scooter design appears to pay homage to the original Sunny scooter. It showcases a round headlamp, a spacious front fender, a slim floorboard, and a boxy tail lamp, echoing the distinctive styling of the original model. Much like its predecessor, the new scooter is expected to be compact and endearing, with other resemblances, such as the three-spoke wheels, trailing arm front suspension, drum brakes, and even the rear grab handle or carrier.

Currently, the Yulu platform serves as the foundation for vehicles like the Dex GR, primarily designed for last-mile delivery, and the Miracle GR, intended for personal use.
