Datsun India has updated its GO and Go Plus to comply with BS6 emission norms. As before, both the cars are the nation's cheapest CVT-equipped automatic cars and promises to deliver a far better experience than other AMT equipped cars. To attract buyers, Datsun has also come up with a new EMI scheme.

The Datsun Go and Go Plus are powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine which produces 68 PS and 77 PS and 104 Nm of torque paired with a 5-speed manual and CVT respectively. The manual variants produce lesser power at 68 PS whereas the CVT variants get boosted power at 77 PS.
The CVT is the best value for the price it is offered at and it also comes with a sports mode for peppy performance. Datsun claims to deliver far better performance on the road, less noise and easy driveability on hilly areas too. Coming to the prices, the Datsun GO BS6 is priced from Rs 3.99 lakhs to 6.45 lakhs ex-showroom. The Datsun Go Plus, which is a 7-seater counterpart, is priced from Rs 4.20 lakhs to Rs 6.90 lakhs ex-showroom.
Datsun has also introduced a new finance scheme which offers the flexibility of the date from which you would start paying the EMIs. The period can be stretched to 2021 which means you can get a new Datsun car today and start paying for it from 2021 onwards. Some of the other schemes include 100% finance option, Low EMI Benefit and EMI Assurance benefit have also been offered.
Both the Datsun Go and Go Plus BS6 are feature-packed with features like a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play, vehicle dynamic control, dual front airbags, ABS, EBD, brake assist, and reverse parking assist. Both cars are available in a choice of six colours: Ruby Red, Bronze Grey, Amber Orange, Crystal Silver, Vivid Blue, and Opal White. Both have a standard warranty of two years, which can be extended up to five years.
