Exterior Looks and Dimensions
The Datsun Go gets an extremely sleek and elegant look. the front grille with the chrome border and the horizontal DRLs do break the overall monotony of the design to give the car a bolder front fascia. The side profile, however, may not impress you so much as the overstretched rear does not look proportionate. The rear, however, looks subtle and lacks any aggressive design element.

Interiors
A black colour scheme is offered with the Datsun Go which makes it look appealing and easy to maintain in the longer run. The seats at the front are comfortable while at the rear, the overall experience remains decent. The quality of the plastics inside the cabin is at par with segment standards and the fit and finish levels too are decent. With this being said, the Datsun Go offers a comfortable and spacious cabin.
Engine, Gearbox, and Performance
The Datsun Go is powered by an 1198 cc engine that delivers 68 PS and 104 Nm of peak torque when mated to a manual gearbox while with a CVT gearbox, the maximum output from this engine stands at 77 PS and peak torque figures stand at 104 NM. The ARAI claimed mileage for the manual and CVT variants stand at 19.02 KMPL and 19.59 KMPL respectively. The overall refinement levels are decent while the power delivery too is great. However, being a three-pot engine, this 1.2-L engine does tend to vibrate a lot during the cold start but apart from that, there are no issues with the car.
