Kawasaki Hikes the Prices of its Range of Motorcycles in India

Kawasaki has increased the price of the Ninja 300, Z900, Versys 650. Other models prices have also increased, and the updates will be applicable from January 1, 2022.

Kawasaki has updated the prices of most of its motorcycles sold here in India. The latest price revision will come into effect from January 1, 2022.  The Japanese marquee made the following announcement on social media with the above image. It shows the increased price of their entire. Below we have discussed how much the prices have increased. The Kawasaki range starts with the baby Ninja 300 which is now priced at Rs. 3.24 lakh, a hike of Rs. 6,000. This is followed by the elder Ninja 650, for which prices have increased by Rs. 7,000, and its new ex-showroom price is Rs. 6.68 lakh.

Moving on, Kawasakis sole cruiser motorcycle in its line-up, the Vulcan S is now priced at Rs. 6. 16 lakh, after a hike of Rs. 6,000. The Japanese marquees ADV line-up also sees a substantial increase in price. Both the Versys 650 and the Versys 1000, witness a hike of Rs. 22, 500, and Rs. 17,000, respectively. The former is now priced at Rs. 7,15,000, and the latter is priced at Rs. 11,51,000.

When it comes to its flagship both, both the 1000SX and the ZX10-R see a hike of Rs. 11, 000 and Rs. 23,000 respectively. Prices for the retro-classic W800 have also increased from Rs. 7.08 lakh to Rs. 7.33 lakh. Along with the Z900, which sees an increase of Rs. 8,0000 to feature a new purchase price of Rs. 8.50 lakh.

However, there are a few Kawasaki bikes whose prices have remained untouched. Starting with the naked counterpart the Z650 and the newly-launched retro- Z650 RS. The latter has not even arrived in showrooms and it will be priced at Rs. 6,65,000. This is followed by its flagship range, which includes the Z H2, Z H2 SE, and H2 R. Both the naked bikes continue with the same price of Rs. 21.90 lakh and Rs. 25.90 lakh, while the super sports bike continues to whoppingly priced at Rs. 79,90, 000. Similarly, Kawasakis KX and KLX range of dirt-bikes have also remained unchanged price-wise. This includes motorcycles like the KX100, KX250, KX450, KX450R, KLX110, KLX140G, and KLX450R. Prices for these motorcycles range between Rs. 7.99 lakh to Rs. 8.59 lakh.
