However, with time, the sales of the Carnival have gradually declined and so Kia has come up with a new marketing strategy to boost its sales. The company has launched the new Kia Carnival Buyback Scheme in India. Here we have for you all the details about it.
Kia Carnival Buyback Scheme - What is it?
Kia has introduced a new first-in-industry buyback scheme for the Carnival premium MPV. It is officially called the 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme.' As a part of this new scheme, the private buyers of the Carnival will be able to return the premium MPV within the first 30 days of purchase if they are not pleased with the purchase. Kia says that it will refund 95 per cent of the total cost incurred on the Carnival at the time of purchase including the MPV's ex-showroom price, and overhead expenses for registration, etc.

Kia Carnival Buyback Scheme - Eligibility Criteria
Kia's Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme will be valid on all the variants of the Carnival. However, there are some terms and conditions. In order to be eligible for the scheme, the customers need to ensure that they do not cross the 1500 kms mark on the odometer during the 30 day period after the purchase. Also, the vehicle needs to be free from damages, failures and pending claims. Kia will require all the vehicle documents of the Carnival which should be in the name of the person returning it. The owners who have financed their vehicles will need to submit a NOC from the financer.

Kia Carnival - Specifications and Price
Kia Carnival is powered by a BS6 compliant 2.2-litre diesel engine. This oil-burner churns out 200 PS of power at 3800 RPM and 440 Nm of peak torque between 1500-2750 RPM. The engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
