Mahindra has introduced its latest edition, the XUV700 Blaze. This edition comes in a stunning Matte Blaze Red colour. It is priced starting from Rs 24.24 lakh. Mahindra XUV700 Blaze Edition: Exterior And Interior Changes

The new XUV700 Blaze Edition is available in a 7-seat configuration and is only offered in front-wheel drive (FWD). It comes with options for a Petrol engine in Automatic (AT) transmission only, while the Diesel engine is available with both Automatic (AT) and Manual (MT) transmissions. The exterior boasts a striking Matte Blaze Red colour with dual-tone accents, including a black Napoli Roof, ORVMs, Grille, and Alloy Wheels. Other than these changes, the overall exterior appearance remains the same as the standard XUV700.

Inside, the luxury touch is enhanced with red accents throughout the cabin, including the AC vents and centre console. Additionally, there is red stitching on the upholstery, adding to the premium feel of the interior.

Mahindra XUV700 Blaze Edition: Features And Engine

The XUV700 Blaze Edition offers two engine options: a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 200 PS and 380 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed torque converter, and a 2.2-litre diesel engine generating 185 PS and 450 Nm of torque, available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both powertrain options are front-wheel drive only for this edition, although all-wheel drive is available for the standard variant.

At this price point, it is expected to be based on the top-end variants and come equipped with similar feature options, including Dual HD 26.03 cm Infotainment and 26.03 cm Digital Cluster screens, Wireless Android AutoTM and Apple CarPlay, Navigation, the Latest Gen Electronic Stability Program, sky roof, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, R18 Diamond Cut Alloy wheels, Reverse Camera, Cruise Control, ADAS, and more.

The Mahindra XUV700 faces competition from rivals like the MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, and other similar models.

Verdict

This new edition of the XUV700 offers a fresh paint scheme and comes with a range of features, including both comfort and safety enhancements. While the exterior changes are limited to the new color and some minor colour touch-ups, the overall look remains the same. Customers looking for a more premium appearance can opt for this edition.
