Maruti Jimny is one of those models that witness the minimum hike of just around Rs. 1500, applicable across the variant line-up. The move to not increase the prices by a higher amount is probably because it directly rivals the Mahindra Thar in lifestyle vehicle segment and the price difference already acts as a deterrent in the sales of this very efficient off-roader.

Verdict
While the price hikes are within reasonable limits for majority of the models, you will have to work out the numbers once again to get the final pricing which depends upon the ex-showroom pricing. However, if you are okay with getting a MY24 model, you can save a lot more as the stock clearance drive is already on with major discounts already underway, but only until stock lasts.
