New-gen Bajaj Pulsar 125 has been spotted for the very first time testing on the public roads. The new bike is designed along with the new-gen Pulsar bikes.
The upcoming generation of the most iconic motorcycle brand from Bajaj was spied testing on the public roads of Chakan, Pune. The new-gen Bajaj Pulsar 125 seems to be under construction; as the new spy shots prevail to us. Bajaj has also introduced new Pulsar N250 & Pulsar F250 last year. The test mule could be an addition to this existing lineup.

The test bike was heavily camouflaged but the overall silhouette generates an idea about the upcoming design. The slim body dimensions, single-seat design, and the smaller engine dictate that this possibly could be either a 125cc or 150cc motor. The engine is air-cooled, hence, this also confirms that it's a small capacity Pulsar.
Also, look closely and one can easily find the resemblance with the new-gen Pulsars. The fuel tank is somewhat similar to the N250 design while the headlight seems to have carried over from F250. Supporting the fact of this being a smaller capacity engine, is the smaller front disc brake. Slim tyres and rear drum brake are also an addition to this unofficial fact that this is a smaller Pulsar.
One can also find the covered chain mechanism which is only found in the entry-level motorcycles like the Pulsar 125 Split Seat. It is also reported by the source that the test bike housed the split tail lamp, belly pan, and even a smaller windscreen; thus retaining the sporty profile of the Pulsar brand. The test bike seems to be production-ready with no testing equipment attached to it. Also, most of the switchgear & technical parts were uncovered & ready to use.

Technically, if this is a 125cc Pulsar, it probably will use the same 124.6cc, air-cooled engine as seen over the other current-gen Pulsar. Although, tweaks and tunes will be made to make it more efficient & torque-friendly as well.
For now, the status of the anticipated launch of this vary product is still unknown. Even Bajaj has not spurred a word about such a motorcycle being under development. As of now, we can only wait until this bike makes it to its global debut.
