Odysse has unveiled two new electric scooters for the Indian market, dubbed the Odysse V2 and V2+. These scooters are equipped with two IP 67-rated water-resistant batteries that offer 150 kilometres of continuous driving per charge. Scooters range in price from Rs 75,000 to Rs 97,500. (ex-showroom).
The company claims that the newly introduced waterproof motor and battery would increase vehicle performance and longevity while also lowering repair and maintenance costs during rainy days. Customers will have access to a wide choice of colour options as well as intriguing features like as an anti-theft lock, passive battery cooling, a large trunk area, a 12-inch front tyre, and LED lights, among others.
Following the debut of these new vehicles, the business intends to expand its production capacity even further. They have started production facilities in Mumbai and Hyderabad, in addition to its Ahmedabad factory. The Odysse stables already have four electric two-wheelers apart from these new addition, the models are E2go, Hawk+, Racer, and Evoqis.
This year, the company plans to add two more products to its lineup, increasing the total number of models to seven. They aspire to have over 100 dealerships under their roof by the end of the year. They are also working on their IOT, which will be launched soon. This will connect all of their vehicles and improve the overall user experience.
