MoveOS 4 Unboxed: What's New in the Update
With the introduction of MoveOS 4, Ola has taken a big step in upgrading its electric scooter software. This update brings along a whopping 100+ improvements and more than 20 new features. The beta release for MoveOS 4 is scheduled to start on September 15th, and it's expected to be available for everyone around late October.

Currently, all Ola S1 scooters use Move OS3, including riding modes, ride moods, themes, data storage, Wi-Fi, music playback, call/SMS alerts, proximity, and hill hold. The updated software will soon roll out for new and existing customers.

The company claims significant upgrades in motor performance, speed, and acceleration, along with enhanced battery efficiency. Despite the same battery size, it now delivers increased range and improved mileage.
Reservations for the S1 X trio started on August 15th. The top S1 X+ deliveries begin in late September; the other two variants arrive for customers in December.
Verdict
