Ola has launched a longer-range version of its popular S1 X e-scooter, the 4 kWh variant at Rs. 1.10 lakhs ex-showroom. Features
Ather 450 S comes equipped with a 7-inch "DeepView" display, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, and a robust focus on safety, the scooter presents features such as Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), FallSafe™, Dual disc brakes, Side-stand sensors, Auto indicator cut-off, and Guide-me-home light, among other functionalities. Choosing the Pro Pack adds extra benefits like coasting regen, vehicle fall safety, tow and theft alerts, along with access to various ride modes and Bluetooth connectivity.
The 4 kWh version is characterized by a 10.9 cm segmented display and Digital key unlock with keyless unlock. This model features Bluetooth connectivity, side-stand alert, cruise control, and reverse assist. Where it falls short is that there is no navigation support in any of the variants. It also misses out on disc brakes and gets drums on both wheels.
