
Both, the NX-120 and Grace will feature the latest NMC (Nickel, Manganese, Cobalt) based lithium-ion batteries. They are good for 110 km to 140 km of range on a single full charge.
Poise Scooters, a subsidiary of Nisiki Technologies Pvt. Ltd., unveiled the Poise NX-120 and Grace e-scooters with swappable/removable batteries. The former is priced at Rs. 1,24,000 (ex-showroom, Karnataka), the latter retails at Rs. 1,04,000 (ex-showroom, Karnataka). The specificities of the batteries for both the scooter, are yet to be confirmed.
Mechanically, the Poise Grace will equip an 800W Bosch motor, unlike, the Poise NX-120 which equips a bigger 2.2 kW motor. Poise Scooters is also working on another scooter called the Zuink, which will feature a bigger 4.4 kW motor.

Aesthetically, the Poise NX-120 with its aggressive front and rear aprons appear more appealing among the duo. The Grace e-scooter, with its minimal design, tries to achieve a retro-futuristic look. thereby more practical.
Features-wise, both the electric scooters include, Bluetooth connectivity, USB charging points. They ride on tubeless tires, and both front and rear wheels feature combi-brake systems. Being electric scooters, functionality increases, in this case, it's in the form of space. Both NX-120 and Grace get larger floorboards, and wider seats comfortable for two adults. Nothing about its boot space as of yet.

The scooters will be manufactured at the company's Yeshvantpur plant. The facility reserves the capacity to manufacture 30,000 vehicles, as has been claimed. The production output will further increase up to 100,000 vehicles in its second year of production.
The company has plans to further develop provisions for recycling lithium-ion batteries for the EV ecosystem. " We wish to cooperate with the EV ecosystem to develop systems for reusing and repurposing lithium-ion batteries for their second lives. The Lithium-ion batteries will only be recycled after they have reached the end of their useful lives," explained Paaras Belandor, Manager, Poise Scooters. "We're actively obtaining the necessary technology and know-how to construct this is India," he further added.
The EV maker has also partnered with swapping stations and P2P charging partners for charging point facilities. These portable batteries can also be charged at apartments using a 220-volt power socket.

" We aim to strike a balance between technological breakthroughs, cost, accessibility, and sustainability. We hope to be a big part of the EV revolution and contribute to a cleaner India by providing technologically advanced features, ease of maneuverability, and affordable ownership," said Vittal Belandor, Managing Director, Nisiki Technologies.
