2021 Renault Kiger BS6: Looks and Colour Options
The new Renault Kiger is a funky compact SUV. At the front, it gets Renault's signature grille with new all-LED headlamps and LED DRLs. The Kiger gets body-cladding all-around with skid plates at the front and the rear. The side profile of the car houses unique dual-tone alloy wheels along with roof rails and blacked-out ORVMs. The Kiger looks the best from the rear. At the rear, it gets C-shaped LED tail lamps, a roof-mounted spoiler, shark-fin antenna and more. All in all, the Renault Kiger is a really good-looking compact SUV.
Now, if we talk about the colour options, so the all-new 2021 Renault Kiger is available in six different colour shades in the Indian market. They are Mahogany Brown, Ice Cool White, Planet Grey, Moonlight Grey, Caspian Blue and Radiant Red (available only in top-spec variant). All the colour shades are available as a dual-tone option with Mystery Black roof while the dual-tone Radiant Red colour gets a glossy Black roof. 2021 Renault Kiger BS6: Engine, Transmission and Mileage
The new Renault Kiger shares its underpinnings and mechanicals with its cousin, Nissan Magnite. Both these new sub-compact SUVs get two petrol engine options. However, while the Nissan Magnite gets only two different transmission options, the Kiger now offers you three. The Kiger is powered by a BS6 compliant 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This petrol motor churns out 72 PS of maximum power and 96 Nm of peak torque.
Just like the Magnite, the Renault Kiger also gets an all-new BS6 compliant 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This turbo petrol motor churns out 100 PS of maximum power and 160 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines come mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and while the naturally-aspirated petrol motor gets an optional AMT, the turbo petrol offers you a CVT. The ARAI-claimed mileage figures of the Renault Kiger hasn't been revealed yet.

2021 Renault Kiger BS6: Creature Comforts and Safety Features
The Renault Kiger is quite a feature-loaded sub-compact SUV, considering its price. The top-end variants of the Kiger get a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, automatic AC, Arkamys audio system, keyless entry, push-button start, PM 2.5 air filter, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, wireless smartphone charging, cruise control and many more. The safety features of the Renault Kiger include up to four airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist (HBA), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Start Assist (HSA), and many more.

The introductory price of the new 2021 Renault Kiger starts at Rs. 5.45 lakhs and the prices go upto Rs. 9.55 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. The bookings and test drives for the new Renault Kiger are now open and one can book it by paying a token amount of Rs. 11,000. Its deliveries will also commence soon.
