Toyota Price Hike Details
Glanza Price Hike
The price hike ranges from Rs 5,000 to Rs 60,000 depending on the model. The minimum price hike is seen by Glanza. Toyota has only raised its pricing by Rs 5,000. Therefore, its current pricing starts from Rs 6.71 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.99 lakh. However, the Glanza top-spec V AMT is saved from the price hike. But, Toyota has revised the prices for its CNG versions as well.
Urban Cruiser Hyryder Price Hike
The most hiked prices stand for the Hyryder SUV. Toyota has raised the prices of its mild-hybrid versions by up to Rs 60,000. This has ended the introductory prices for these models. The entry-level S variant is now pricier by Rs 60,000. However, the other versions that include mid & top variants; got a price hike of Rs 25,000. The CNG versions of the Hyryder are saved from this price hike.
Camry Price Hike
The Camry sedan has also undergone a massive hike of Rs 46,000. This hike has resulted in a shift of its price to Rs 45.71 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The executive sedan was previously priced at Rs 45.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Apart from the price hike, there are no other changes to the Camry.
Verdict
Toyota has been revising the prices of its whole product lineup lately. Recently, it has also revised the prices of the latest Innova Crysta. Additionally, the Innova HyCross also received a massive hike in its introductory prices. The hike is due to the new BS6 Phase 2 emission norms.
