Volvo XC60

The Volvo XC60, first launched in 2017, is still selling with the same body style and received its first facelift three years ago. This (2nd facelift) update brings minor tweaks to both its exterior and interior to make it more appealing and to match up with the competitors' tech on offer. So, let's begin with all the updates, starting with the exterior.

The exterior updates are very minimal, and it's hard to figure out whether anything is new or just carried over from 2017. According to Volvo's official press release, the new air intake, featuring Volvo Cars' iconic iron mark, is taken from the new XC90. Additionally, there is a new set of alloys, and the rear tail-lights have become darker to match the car's timeless, bold design. Lastly, two new color options are available - Forest Lake and Aurora Silver. In addition, Mulberry Red will be available on the XC60 for the first time.
Interior
The new XC60 will come equipped with a 11.2 Inch standing infotainement screen, which comes with new gen user interface. Also, around 2.5 million customers of the XC60 will get this user interface by over-the-air-updates. As per Volvo, the pixel density is increased by 21 per cent, resulting in an even crisper display. It's twice as fast, afterall its is powered by Snapdragon Cockpit Platform from Qualcomm Technologies.

The interior also get cupholder spaces, improved wireless charger, and the interior is made out of premium materials such as Quilted Nordico and Navy Herringbone. Lastly, for a inspirational musical experience, Bowers & Wilkins High Fidelity system is there - with new speaker mesh design.

Powertrain
The official note doesn't mention anything about the engine, so it's safe to assume that it will get the 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine that makes 250 hp and 360 Nm of torque, sending power to all four wheels. Additional information includes a top speed of 180 km/h and a 0 to 100 km/h time of 6.9 seconds.
