Bajaj Pulsar F250 Detailed Review

Looks And Design 9

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 is more or less the same bike as the Pulsar N250. Apparently, Bajaj has played with the styling of the F252 to replace its most iconic bike i.e. the Pulsar 220F. The Bajaj Pulsar F250 appears to be more aggressive and sporty than its 220F sibling. It's finished off with a smoked visor that should give adequate wind protection when the rider is fully tucked. Each side of the rear panel has a single-piece panel with the F250 sticker on it. The tail panels, too, appear to be sharper than those on the Pulsar 220F. The all-new aerodynamic Pulsar 250 draws attention thanks to its design principles of 'sculptural purity.' It features a dramatic tone-on-tone interaction of metalized dual colors and Satin silver components with metallic hues. It has an HD projector headlight and LED DRL’s up at the front as well.

A cut-off shield is also present to guarantee that the light emitted by these types of headlights i.e HD projector headlights is properly oriented. This assists in directing the light towards the road. Projector headlights feature a very sharp cut-off, thanks to the shield. The F250 has got wide tail panels. Projector headlights are significantly brighter. They're less likely to blind other drivers. The front-end design looks like a combination of the 220 Pulsar and the Pulsar AS 200. The F250 also has clip-on handlebars which provide grip and stability to the rider while riding it. The seats are large and comfortable. The seat height is 790mm. The problem can be solved and the driver's ergonomics improved by using the easy seat height adjustment feature. Better seating posture also implies the driver will not feel tired as soon while driving long distances.

Summary

The F250 has an aggressive and sporty look. It draws attention from the crowd, thanks to the design.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 is a best bike in 250 segment. I use it for touring. For proper road its really worth buying. I don't recommend this bike for off-road. Bike design is quite good enough for all purpose. Mileage depends on the speed that you take. Since I ride it in highways usually I ride 70 to100 kmph depending on road. I get 35 to 39 kmpl mileage. Bajaj spare parts are not costly compare to other motorcycle companies. Only chain oil you need to keep checking every 500 kms. Riding- I recommend not to do any modifications except indicators and stickering. The body of motorcycle is made of metal and fibre and are correct at its level. Modifying this motorcycle like seat, crashguard, handle, may cause uneasiness for riding. In this segment (250CC) this is the only bike available at this (2lakh) price range. You won't get any other bike in this price range. If you take your family on this bike, then it is not recommended. Overall good bike.
