 Bajaj Pulsar F250

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 is the semi-fared sibling of the N250, which happens to be the naked version of it. When the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 was launched, it was speculated that both siblings would get the updates and would share the launch timeline. However, the F250 was left out of the mix. Now, the brand has confirmed that the F250 will be making its way in the coming months. The reason for the early launch of the N250 was its greater mass appeal and its launch was fast-tracked. Moving onto the expected updates, the changes with the N250 will be mimicked on the F250.

Expected Updates

Anticipate a feature-packed experience with the new Pulsar F250. It will come with a new full-digital instrument cluster equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. This is the same unit currently employed with the Pulsar NS200 and the NS160. On top of this, you get a traction control system, and three ABS modes: Rain, Road, and Off-road. Notably, the ABS cannot be deactivated in any of these modes.

However, traction control can be turned off in off-road mode. Additionally, the Pulsar F250 will sport 37mm USD forks and a wider 140-section rear tire. While these enhancements are in place, the braking hardware will remain unchanged. But you might be thinking, what about the powertrain? Let's get into that as well.

The F250 will be powered by the same 249cc single-cylinder engine found in the N250. This two-valve, oil-cooled motor delivers 24.1bhp at 8,750rpm and 21.5Nm at 6,500rpm, paired with a five-speed gearbox.

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 is expected to launch with a minimal price hike in the coming months. It will continue to rival the Suzuki Gixxer SF250, and others in the segment.

Verdict

The upcoming F250 will bring all the updates that the N250 introduced. While these were essential updates, it will keep the Pulsar line-up updated with the evolving trends. Bajaj is aiming to keep the enthusisats hooked to the iconic Pulsar series while keeping the competition at bay.
