Kia My Convenience Aftersales Initiative Launched - Check All Details Here!

Kia Motors India has announced the launch of Kia My Convenience aftersales initiative in the Indian market. This will help the Kia owners to personalise their servicing packages as per their individual requirements. In addition to this, the brand will also be offering Advanced Pick and Drop Service which is claimed to be a first of its kind in the Indian market. Read on to get more details about the Kia My Convenience initiative.

Kia My Convenience After Sales

The Kia My Convenience aftersales initiative helps the customers customise their car care under two heads - prepaid maintenance packages and care packages. The prepaid maintenance packages let the customers opt for four prepaid packages  2 years/20,000km, 3 years/30,000km, 4 years/40,000km and 5 years/50,000km. These prepaid packages cover Kia Genuine Parts and Oils & Labour services as per the company's recommended periodic maintenance schedule. The customers opting for the Kia My Convenience aftersales service will be protected from price inflation and in addition to this, will get a complimentary wheel alignment, rotation, and balancing once every 10,000km along with complimentary wheel polishing once during the package.

The Korean carmaker is giving four different care package options for the customers to choose from. These include Preventive care package, Fresh Care Package, AC Care and Hygiene care. The preventive care package offers underbody treatment for rust prevention and rodent repellent while the fresh care package involves interior and exterior enrichment. The AC care package offers evaporate cleaning and AC disinfection. On the other hand, the hygiene car package involves fumigation and installation of a carbon air filter. It is worth noting that these packages are available only to new and existing owners subject to the cars being under 1 year old and not having covered more than ten thousand kilometres.

Kia My Convenience After Sales

The Kia Advanced Pick and Drop facility offer a contactless and paperless vehicle pick up and drop services. The owner of the vehicle will receive all the documents of the driver digitally prior to the pick-up and this service will also help the owners keep a live track of the various stages of the service. This service will be available on the Kia Link app. A protective seat cover will also be used at the time of the pickup and drop off of vehicles along with a protection kit.
