Like all other Royal Enfield motorcycles, the Interceptor 650 too has a retro charm but it gets premium modern bits. Upfront, the motorcycles sports a round headlamp with chrome surround, chunky telescopic forks and a big radiator shroud. From the side, the motorcycle looks very neat as it doesn't get any sort of graphics. The Interceptor 650 features a long flat seat and an upright-set handlebar as it a retro-cruiser. The chrome-finished dual exhausts of the motorcycle look really cool and they sound good too. The Interceptor 650 is offered in six different colour options: Ravishing Red, Mark Three, Orange Crush, Silver Spectre, Baker Express and Glitter & Dust.

2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 BS6: Engine and Transmission
The new 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is powered by a BS6-compliant 648cc, parallel-twin, air-cooled engine. This motor churns out 47.65 PS of power at 7250 RPM and 52 Nm of peak torque at 5250 RPM. The engine is matched to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The Interceptor 650 features fuel-injection technology and it gets a slipper clutch too.

2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 BS6: Tyres, Brakes and Features
The new Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is based on a steel tubular double-cradle frame. It rides on 18-inch tubeless radial tyres. The front tyre of the motorcycle measures 100/90-R18 while the rear one is a 130/70 section R18 unit. For braking duties, it gets disc brakes at either end. At the front, it gets a 320 mm disc while the rear one is a 240 mm unit. It also gets dual-channel ABS as an additional safety aid. The suspension duties of the motorcycle are handled by telescopic forks at the front and it gets dual gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. The Interceptor 650 features an analogue instrument cluster that displays speedometer and tachometer. It also gets a small MID that houses trip meters, odometer, fuel gauge, clock, etc.
