The new Kia Carens made its global debut a few days ago and is all set to hit the showrooms in early 2022. The Carens will be rivalling the cars like the Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari, etc. The car was recently spotted on the roads ahead of the launch in 2022. Here are all the details that you should know about this upcoming MPV in India in 2022. To start with, the new Kia Carens gets a new exterior design that helps it boast a different and an exclusive look when compared to the Seltos. The car gets a new front fascia with an elegant and a premium design while the side profile is largely dominated by new dual-cut alloy wheels. The Carens also get chrome door handles and chrome window garnish in addition to powered ORVMs. Move to the rear and you will notice prominent LED taillights along with a more subtle design. The bumper complements the design and features a large chrome insert running across the length.

Inside, the car will remind of the larger and the more expensive Kia Carnival. It features a large touchscreen infotainment system in the centre of the dashboard while the centre console too looks great. On the features front, the car gets automatic climate control, a large sunroof, powered front seats, front seat ventilation, steering mounted controls and a digital instrument console. In addition to this, the Carens is also expected to be offered with auto dimming IRVM, centre-storage console, sunglass holder, and push-button start.
