2022 Mercedes-Benz Maybach Exteriors
Talking of the design, the newer Maybach is based on the company's flagship sedan the S-Class. Using the same platform as that of the S-Class, the more luxurious and personalized limousine i.e. the Maybach uses many identical design cues from the S-Class itself.
At the front, Maybach uses the distinctive Maybach grille which personifies the limousine from the regular S-Class. It features the chrome fin at the front which is also the Maybach only design. Supporting the design are the unique LED headlights which feature a stupendous 1.3 million micro-mirrors construction hence providing one of the best headlight systems globally.
Coming to the side profile, the new Maybach looks familiar to the sibling S-Class but a few subtle changes make it distinguished. The 19-inch alloy wheels of the S580 model have been finished in high-sheen while the imported S680 gets the 20-inch ceramic-finish alloy wheels. One can also find the iconic Maybach logo at the C-Pillar which gives the car its unique identity.
At the rear end, Maybach uses distinctive 3-D crystal pin LED taillights which make it look very subtle hence converging the design into a timeless classic overall. The new Maybach stands at 5.7 mt long hence making it a good 18 cm longer than the regular S-Class.
Mercedes has also provided the 10 color options for the S680 CBU two-tone. In this two-tone car, the upper coach is taken-off, and then it is transferred to the special body paint shop where the secondary tone is hand painted within a week.
