This comes not very long after the fact that the star SUV from the Czech brand recieved a couple of new features. Meanwhile, the Skoda Slavia sedan also comes with the new features. It is intersting to note that the Monte Carlo Edition continues to roll out of the showrooms with the same alloy wheel designs.
Let's get into the details and take a look at the updated alloy design.
Skoda Kushaq: Alloy Wheels Refreshed
Skoda has discreetly introduced a design update for the top-tier 17-inch alloy wheels available with the Style trim of their popular Kushaq SUV. The previous wheel design, known as Atlas, has been replaced with a new one called Vega. Notably, the wheel dimensions remain consistent at 205/55 R17, ensuring no alteration in size.

It's worth noting that while this change was applied to the Style trim, the wheel design for the premium Monte Carlo variant remains unchanged. The Monte Carlo continues to feature the same 205/55 R17 wheels, boasting a design inspired by the sporty Octavia RS245, maintaining its distinctive and stylish appearance.
Meanwhile, where the outgoing alloys were finished in dual-tone shade, the new alloy wheels embrace a single tone while departing from the design completely. Is it an upgrade or a downgrade? Well, it really comes down to everyone's personal preferences. Looking at it while detaching from the judgement, both cut-outs look appealing and does not happen to be a deal-breaker at all.
Previously, in a notable first for its segment, the top variants get electric seats for both the driver and co-driver,s alongwith an illuminated footwell area.
Engine Details
The Kushaq is available with two engine options: a 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine and a more potent 1.5-liter turbo petrol powerplant. Both engines come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission. Furthermore, buyers have the option to pair the 1.0-liter engine with a six-speed automatic transmission, and the 1.5-liter engine with a 7-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT).
Verdict
Skoda's discreet update of the top-spec 17-inch alloy wheels on the Kushaq SUV, with the introduction of the Vega design for the Style trim, maintains the wheel's familiar 205/55 R17 size. While subtle, this design change brings a fresh look to the vehicle. Notably, the wheels on the Monte Carlo trim remain the same as before, ensuring that the Kushaq continues to offer style and performance in the SUV segment. Also, you must join our Whatsapp Group Community to find out more exciting stuff about the Auto world.
