The good news is, you won't have to wait too long probably just a month. But if you've got your heart set on the diesel version, be prepared for a bit more patience. 2024 Kia Sonet Facelift: Details!
There are three trim options available for the Kia lineup Tech Line, GT Line, and X-Line. Within these, you have various trims to choose from: HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX, and X-Line.
Now, if you're looking to get your Kia delivered even faster, there's a special Kia K-code you can benefit from. Here's how it works: Reach out to someone who already owns a Kia, and they can generate a K-code for you. They just need to enter their vehicle details on Kia India's website or use the MyKia app between December 14 and 20. Once you have the K-code, use it when you're booking your Kia. This will bump you up in the delivery queue, ensuring you get your vehicle sooner. Remember, the K-code is only valid for bookings made on the website, and specifically on December 20, from midnight to 11.59 pm.

The 2024 Kia Sonet facelift offers a range of eight single-tone colours, including Pewter Olive, Glacier White Pearl, Clear White, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Intense Red, and Imperial Blue. Additionally, two dual-tone options are available - Intense Red/Aurora Black Pearl and Glacier White Pearl/Aurora Black Pearl. The X-Line variant stands out with an exclusive Xclusive Matte Graphite colour. These choices allow buyers to personalize their Sonet with a variety of stylish and distinctive colour combinations.
Let's break down the Sonet facelift's engine options in simpler terms. First, there's a 1.2-litre petrol engine with 83 bhp good for those who like manual gearboxes. Then, we've got a livelier 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 120 bhp and a robust 1.5-litre diesel engine with 116 bhp. The turbo-petrol and diesel engines offer automatic transmissions if you prefer that hassle-free drive. Plus, there's a manual option for those who enjoy a bit more control.
Now, if you're eyeing the 1.2-litre petrol engine, it's exclusively hanging out with the Tech Line trims. But if the turbo-petrol and diesel are more your style, you'll find them chilling across all three trim lines. And here's the kicker if you're dreaming of an automatic ride, you'll need to go for the top-tier HTX+, GTX, or X-Line trims.
Verdict
The Sonet facelift's diverse trim options and the innovative K-code for priority delivery demonstrate Kia's commitment to customer satisfaction. The staggered launch for diesel variants may slightly inconvenience some buyers, but overall, Kia seems poised to maintain its competitive edge in the subcompact SUV market. It's set to go head-to-head with popular models like the Maruti Brezza, Renault Kiger, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite, and the Maruti Fronx.
