Update - Bajaj has launched the Pulsar 125 split seat and it costs Rs 74,729 for the drum brakes and Rs 81,671 for the disc brake.
Bajaj Pulsar is an Iconic and a very popular motorcycle series not only in the Indian market but also abroad. The first Pulsar branded motorcycle was launched in the year 2001 and over the past 19 years, the Pulsar brand has diversified so much that now we have One Pulsar Motorcycle for everyone. At present, we have Pulsar motorcycles of different displacements ranging from 125cc to 220cc. Just a few weeks ago, the Pulsar 125 Split Seat was officially launched in India in two colours. Now, the new Neon Green colour shade of the Bajaj Pulsar 125 Split Seat has started arriving at dealerships.
Talking about the history of the Baby Pulsar, so the Pulsar 125 Neon was first launched in August 2019 and in September 2019, Bajaj also launched the Split Seat model. However, the Split Seat variant was limited to certain parts of the country. Now, in June this year, the company launched the BS6-compliant version of the Pulsar 125 Split Seat. It was about to be available in three colour variants - Neon Green on Matte Black, Black with Silver and Black with Red paint. But, till now only the Silver and Red colour variants were available at dealerships and are listed on Bajaj's official website.
However, the flashy looking Neon Green on Matte Black colour of the Bajaj Pulsar 125 Split Seat BS6 has now started arriving at the dealerships and you can see its walkaround video by clicking on the above-embedded video. This new Neon Green colour variant of the Pulsar 125 Split Seat does look good. Also, this new colour variant will stand apart from other motorcycles out on the street as we hardly see any motorcycles with Neon Green colour shade. The Pulsar 125 Split Seat is a very sporty looking motorcycle. It gets a belly pan to protect the engine and to enhance its looks. It also gets tank shrouds, a split seat set-up, split grab rails and more.
The new Pulsar 125 Split Seat is powered by a BS6-compliant 124.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected DTS-i engine. This motor churns out 11.8 PS of power at 8500 RPM and 10.8 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. At present, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 Split Seat BS6 is priced at Rs. 79,219, Ex-showroom Delhi. It rivals against the Honda SP 125, Hero Glamour 125 and other 125cc motorcycles.
