As we are getting closer to the BS6 deadline which is 31st March 2020, all the manufacturers have thrown all their manpower to make their vehicles to comply with the BS6 emission norms. Benelli Imperiale 400 will be the first bike from the house of Benelli motorcycles to get BS6 norms compliance. Rest of the model range will be updated soon.
Benelli Imperiale is a retro motorcycle which takes on the likes of Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Jawa. It was launched in October last year and then it received a price hike of Rs 20000 thanks to the addition of some special colours. Powering the Imperiale 400 is a 374 cc air-cooled fuel-injected motor churning out 21 Ps at 5500 rpm and 29 Nm of torque at 4500 rpm mated with a 5-speed gearbox.

After becoming the best selling Benelli in India, Benelli Motorcycles launched new Red and Silver colour options which increased the price. The range starts at Rs 1.79 lakhs ex-showroom and it is expected that the price of the Benelli Imperiale 400 will increase after the BS6 update making it more expensive.
