To comply with BS-6 Phase 2 standards, Kia India updated their vehicle lineup. The powertrains of the Kia Sonet, Seltos, and Carens now meet RDE standards and are E20 fuel ready. Also, the company has replaced the Carens & Seltos' 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine with a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine.Similar to this, a 1.5-litre VGT diesel engine with 114 bhp has been installed in the Sonet to replace the 1.5-litre WGT diesel engine. The iMT transmission is now standard on the diesel versions as well. With the new update the brand has slightly increased the prices and in this article we'll have a look at the variant wise pricing of the Kia Sonet, Seltos & Carens.

2023 Kia Sonet Price

The 1.2-liter NA petrol engine, the 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine, and the 1.5-liter diesel engine are the three powertrain choices for the Kia Sonet. For the 1.2-liter model, the available transmissions is a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed iMT and DCT for the turbocharged petrol models, and a 6-speed iMT and AT for the diesel engine.

2023 Kia Seltos Price

The 1.5-liter NA petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines are standard on the Kia Seltos. For the petrol variants, it offers a 6-speed MT and an IVT, and for the diesel model, an AT and a 6-speed iMT.

2023 Kia Carens Price

Three different engines are available for the Kia Carens: a 1.5-liter NA petrol engine, a 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine, and a 1.5-liter VGT diesel engine. Depending on the versions, the available transmissions include a 6-speed MT, 6-speed iMT, an AT, and a 7-speed DCT transmission.
