Ford Returning To India: Endeavour & Ecosport Launch Possible
As per the latest online reports, Ford Motor Company is eyeing to form a joint venture with Tata Motors. This venture will help the company to establish its production facility in Chennai once again. Additionally, the focus will be on hybrids and EVs initially. Ford has already homologated its upcoming models in India. These include the Endeavour SUV, Mustang Mach E, and a mid-size SUV which potentially can be badged as the new Ecosport.
The report also suggests that Tata's success in the EV market and new ICE products will be used mutually by the company for its new products.
