When it comes to the monthly sales chart figures of motorcycles, Hero always tops the list with its Splendor series followed by its cousin HF Deluxe. Looks and Colour Options
Hero HF Deluxe is a good-looking commuter motorcycle. Upfront, it gets an attractive headlight cowl with a body-coloured visor. The side-profile is eye-catchy, thanks to its sporty body graphics, five-spoke alloy-wheels, chrome muffler on the exhaust, a single-piece chunky grabrail, long comfortable seat and more. Hero Splendor Plus looks very commuter~ish. The design of the motorcycle has remained identical over the years and it is this basic design that its buyers prefer. For 2020, along with the BS6 update, Hero has also updated its body graphics and introduced some new colour schemes to make it look fresh. The Splendor gets angular design with a rectangular headlamp, taillamp, and turn-indicators. The 2020 HF Deluxe, as well as the refreshed Splendor Plus, are powered by the same Honda-sourced mill. It is a BS6-compliant 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out 8.02 PS of power at 8000 RPM and 8.05 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM, mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. Both the motorcycles now also get programmed electronic fuel injection with advanced sensor technology.

Both the motorcycles have completely identical hardware. Either of them gets drum brakes at both the ends and Integrated Braking System (IBS) as an additional safety aid. Both the motorcycles get very minimal features as they are entry-level commuters. The Splendor Plus, as well as the HF Deluxe, gets a two-dial analogue instrument cluster in which the speed and the distance travelled (odometer) is indicated in the left dial, while the right one shows fuel gauge, i3S light, high-beam/low-beam, and neutral indicator.
