Taking a look at the transmission and brakes, Splendor and HF Deluxe come equipped with a wet multi-plate clutch, four-speed gearbox, and tubular double-cradle frame. Both the bikes have telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and adjustable hydraulic mono-shock at the rear. The only difference is that in Splendor the rear suspension is five-step adjustable whereas in HF Deluxe is just two-step adjustable.
A 130mm brake drum has been installed at the front and rear of the bikes. Splendor comes with 80/100-18 M/C 47P tubeless tyres at the front and 80/100-18 M/C 54P tubeless tyres at the rear. On the other hand, HF Deluxe comes with 2.75 x 18 - 4PR/42P tyres at the front and 2.75 x 18 - 6PR/48P tyres at the rear.

Now comes the most important concern, the price. Though these are just 100cc motorcycles, still the manufacturer offers a lot more than the demanding price. Splendor starts at Rs 64,850 ex-showroom, Delhi and goes up to Rs 70,710 ex-showroom, Delhi. It is available in four variants. On the other hand, Hero HF Deluxe is also the same as Splendor and is available in five variants. It starts at Rs 53,700 ex-showroom, Delhi and goes up to Rs 62,500 ex-showroom, Delhi.
