The cabin is rather simple in design, which is something that was expected from a car that will go on to become one of the most affordable models in its manufacturer's lineup. The dashboard has a clean design but holds a floating-type touchscreen infotainment unit that offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The two-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel looks rather sporty and offers audio and telephone controls. There is some storage space between the front seats to enhance the practicality of the cabin. The driver's seat as well as the front passenger seat folds flat.

Once folded, these seats can be used as tables by the occupants seated on the rear bench, which is a feature that will surely come in handy on picnics. In fact, even the rear seat folds flat and can be slid 160mm forward or backwards. This can help rear occupants benefit from additional legroom by reducing the boot space. The features that the Casper comes with include an auto aircon, electric sunroof, air purifier, electric and heated ORVMs, heated and ventilated driver's seat, ambient lighting, keyless entry, push-button start/stop and cruise control.
While the Hyundai Casper is an affordable small car, it offers Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). This safety-enhancing suite brings in features like blind-spot detection, lane keep assist, autonomous emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, and driver attention warning. The top-spec model will even offer as many as 7 airbags.
