It looks like the Dark Knight Edition of the Hyundai Exter model is about to launch soon, as the company has released a teaser hinting at its imminent release. Currently, only the Venue model in Hyundai's lineup has this special dark edition, and it also comes in an N Line edition. But now, this sleek, dark version will be available for the Exter as well.

Hyundai Exter Knight Edition: What To Expect?
In the teaser, you can clearly see the Exter badge on the rear of the model, while the surface is covered in a dark black hue. This is actually the signature colour of the Dark Knight edition, similar to what weve seen with the Venue model. The Exter is currently available in six monotone colours: Starry Night, Fiery Red, Atlas White, Titan Grey, Ranger Khaki, and Cosmic Blue.
There are also three dual-tone options: Cosmic Blue with an Abyss Black roof, Ranger Khaki with an Abyss Black roof, and Atlas White with an Abyss Black roof.
For enhancements, the appearance will feature an all-dark exterior, including the grille, roof rails, and alloy wheels with red callipers. The interior is expected to match this dark theme, covering everything from the dashboard to the seats. Its anticipated to have exclusive black seat upholstery with coloured highlights to emphasize its boldness. These same coloured highlights will also be seen on the dashboard.

Hyundai Exter Knight Edition: Features, Engine, And More
The car will keep its 8-inch HD infotainment system with Bluelink, offering features like ambient sounds of nature and a voice-enabled smart electric sunroof. It also includes cruise control, rear AC vents, four speakers, a USB charger, keyless entry, IRVM, and more.
For safety, the car will come with six airbags, a dashcam with dual cameras, a rear parking camera and sensor, TPMS, ABS, ESC, HAC, and VSM, among other features.
Under the hood, it will continue to feature the same 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine, paired with either a five-speed manual or an automatic manual transmission (AMT). There is also a 1.2-liter bi-fuel Kappa petrol engine option with CNG, but its uncertain if this will be available. This engine is paired with a five-speed manual transmission.
As for the pricing, it is expected to be around Rs 24,000 more, possibly even a few thousand more than that.
